Regular Members are rental housing providers, property managers or property management firms. Memberships are valid for one year and provide access to our Forms (leases, addendums, and other rental housing forms), free educational sessions and our monthly newsletter. If you need access to BPOA's Forms you must join as a Regular Member. Membership is annual with a base fee of $250, plus an additional $10 for every unit of ownership.

The Berkeley Rental Housing Coalition is BPOA's legal and political advocacy arm. This enhanced membership provides financial support to levy the political and legal representation for advancing a more fair and even-handed approach to rental housing policy. The BRHC employs a full-time Government & Legal Affairs director who lobbies on behalf of its members. In addition to the benefits of a Regular Member, BRHC members get additional personal assistance and enhanced membership communications about important policies and changes to the rental housing business. Membership is annual with a fee of $250 per unit of ownership.

Associate Members are professionals or companies that provide products and services to the rental housing industry. Associate members may or may not own rental property in Berkeley. Associate Membership does not include access to our Forms but does provide opportunity to be listed in our Associate Member directory, present your product or service to our membership, and advertise in our monthly newsletter.
