BPOA Bylaws
The BPOA bylaws are the governing rules of the Berkeley Property Owners Association and set out its purpose, membership structure, Board composition, officer roles, and voting procedures. The Board of Directors has ultimate authority and control over the affairs and operations of BPOA, including oversight of its finances, policies, activities, officers, and staff.
The Board’s authority is exercised within the framework established by the bylaws, and changes to the bylaws themselves must be adopted by the membership in accordance with the amendment procedures contained in the bylaws. The Executive Director manages the organization’s day-to-day operations under the authority and direction of the Board.
