Follow these easy steps to help advocate for rental property owners!
Step 1: Search for your City Councilmember using this online search tool. If you do not live in Berkeley, choose the address of your property to determine which Councilmember represents you.
Step 2: Compose your message (of any length) and send to your Councilperson.
Step 3: Get your message on record. Make sure the subject of your e-mail references the meeting DATE and agenda item NUMBER. To send a message to the Mayor and all of the Council, message council@berkeleyca.gov AND clerk@berkeleyca.gov. This will get your message on record.
