Join a supportive community of fellow on-site owners—people who live in one unit while renting out the others—who understand the unique challenges (and advantages!) of living where you manage. These monthly discussions are a chance to share experiences, exchange practical tips, and ask questions in a confidential, judgment-free space.
Eligibility: This group is exclusively for rental housing providers who reside at the same Berkeley property they rent out. If you are not an on-site owner, please check out our other events or contact us to suggest another owners group!
