EBRHA & BPOA Focus Group: Small Property Owners & AI Property Management Tools

Meet Hominy, a new AI-driven property management platform, and take part in a pilot program exclusive to EBRHA and BPOA members.

In this virtual session, Hominy’s founders will guide participants through the platform, demonstrating how it facilitates tenant communication, maintenance management, and compliance protection.

During the pilot, EBRHA and BPOA members will receive white-glove onboarding, full platform access, and a free trial period to test Hominy’s “virtual concierge” service across their properties. Members who continue past the trial will receive early access to upcoming features such as automated rent collection, launching next year. Regular pricing will be $30 per door per month, effective after the trial.

This focus group offers an opportunity for members to explore the platform, share feedback that may help shape its development, and, if desired, participate in a pilot program that provides complimentary access during the trial period.
