Annual Membership Meeting & Legislative Update -VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE

Join fellow BPOA members virtually for our Annual Membership Meeting, where members will vote on association regulations*, induct our new Board of Directors, and receive an important political and legislative update on current housing policy developments, regulatory changes, and issues impacting rental housing providers.

The presentation and membership meeting will begin promptly at 10:00 AM and conclude at 11:00 AM.

Whether you’re a longtime housing provider or newer to Berkeley rental housing, this is an excellent opportunity to stay informed and hear about the legislative developments shaping the future of rental housing in California.
