Annual Membership Meeting & Legislative Update

Join fellow BPOA members for our Annual Membership Meeting, where members will vote on the Board of Directors and receive an important Legislative Update covering new and emerging California state laws impacting rental housing providers.

Doors open at 9:30 AM for networking, mid-morning beverages, and light nibbles. The presentation and membership meeting will begin promptly at 10:00 AM.

Following the program, attendees are welcome to continue networking until the event concludes at 11:30 AM.

Whether you’re a longtime housing provider or newer to Berkeley rental housing, this is an excellent opportunity to stay informed, connect with fellow members, and hear about the legislative developments shaping the future of rental housing in California.
