Krista is a trade association leader with more than 25 years’ experience leading organizations through growth and change. As Executive Director of the Berkeley Rental Housing Coalition she works at both the local and state level on advancing California housing policy. She is an owner of rental housing, a property manager, and a registered lobbyist. She has held a variety of management positions at Junior Achievement, Western Independent Bankers, the Professional Risk Managers’ Association, EY and Deloitte. Krista has served as an Oakland City Commissioner and has worked in numerous philanthropic capacities. She has called East Oakland her home for 33 years.
